"No reply whatsoever"
I attempted to reach out to them just 5 minutes after buying to cancel my order, but got nothing back. All I want is to cancel it; I’m not interested in them hunting down tickets for me. There’s no way to cancel the order, and it seems like they might be scammers.

"They scored me the tickets"
All in all, it was a decent experience, though it can get a bit tricky when you first register on the site. At first, it feels like you’re purchasing the tickets, but really, you’re just paying for them to track down the tickets for you. A couple of weeks later, I got an email saying they had secured the tickets, and they sent them right over! So, I’m pretty stoked now since I’m heading to the concert and it saved me from scouring a bunch of different sites.

I wouldn't even rate this company half a star. Their customer service is appalling. It's really confusing when you pay them; they don't actually have tickets but are more like ticket resellers. They promised to refund my tickets, and it's been over 15 days since the email confirming that. And now, still nothing???
Today, I was told they are still in touch with me, and that refunds are supposedly on the way?? It's a real shame they can't respond to the 10 emails I've sent today, but they can manage to reply to reviews on Trustpilot???

"Avoid This Site at All Costs!"
This place is a total scam! Seriously, don’t waste your cash here. They just take your money and you’ll never see those tickets. It’s a complete rip-off!

"Be cautious before making a reservation with them..."
Make sure to look into things before you book with these folks since I couldn't find any feedback. I got scammed out of Coldplay tickets by a company that seems similar, so just a heads up.
