"No response at all"
Trying to contact them to cancel the order 5 mins after the purchase but no response. Just want to cancel the order, I don’t want them to look for tickets for me. No option to cancel the order , it looks they are scammers.

"They found me the tickets"
Overall an ok experience but it can be confusing when first signing up to website. It seems you are actually buying the tickets to begin with, but you're actually paying for them to find you the tickets. However, in a few weeks they emailed to say they had got me the tickets and they were emailed straight over! So I am happy now as going to the concert and saved me looking on loads of websites.

"I wouldn't even give this company half…"
I wouldn't even give this company half a star. Appauling customer service. Very unclear when you pay them, it's not that they havd tickets, but are basically touts.
They agreed to refund my tickets and so far its been 15+ days, from the emajl saying they would. And now nothing????
I have today been advised they are still in contact with me, and refunds on thd way?? Its a shame they can't reply to thd 10emails I've sent today, yet reply to trust pilot reviews???

I would check before booking from these as I can’t see any reviews. I was robbed of Cold Play tickets from a company that looks like this one so be aware.
